La Roseraie - Speisekarte

Un peu déçu par la mise en bouche pour un restaurant qui se dit gastronomique. Un personnel à l’écoute et efficace Une restauration assez classique pour le prix payé.

Charming hotel in the heart of Chenonceaux.. Friendly service and an absolutely delicious meal on a terrace surrounded by roses. The bathroom was poky but the bed very comfortable. A perfect one night stay en route to Provence and excellent value.

We usually stop at this establishment and it is a real pleasure: swimming pool, comfortable beds, very pleasant restaurant outside. Friendly staff. We particularly like the charm of the hotel and the very well-kept garden. It's so much better than a chain hotel. Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely fabulous service. Would trust the hotel staff, particularly M Grevier, with my most valuable things. Which indeed I did. He couldn't do too much. Totally trustworthy and honest. An amazing experience. I would return for this alone the next time I am travelling up and down France, as I do regularly.

What a charming hotel! Our room was very cute, and the roses in the garden and around the terrace make this hotel super romantic! The swimming pool and surrounding garden wete wonderful. The terrace of the restaurant is beautiful and thr food was delicious. Just the best place for getting away from it all and make happy memories!

We verbleven één nacht in dit hotel en besloten om hier 's avonds ook maar te eten. Dit eerder om praktische redenen, het hotel en het restaurant zien er oud uit en we hadden geen hoge verwachtingen. Toch werden we aangenaam verrast door het vriendelijk onthaal en de gezellige sfeer in het algemeen. De gerechten smaakten heerlijk bij iedereen. Speisekarte ansehen

Nous avons hésité avant d’aller diner dans ce restaurant dont la façade donne l’impression que l’établissement est fermé. Il n’en est rien. Sympathique terrasse à l’arrière. Nappe blanche. Couverts et vaisselle traditionnels. Comme les plats. Rien de super original mais c’est bon. Carte des vins réduites aux vins de la région. Un spritz à 10€ , bon et bien dosé. Allez-y !

L'accueil est sympathique et le service aimable mais la qualité des plats laisse vraiment trop à désirer (de la brasserie bas de gamme). Et je n'évoque même pas la présentation des dits plats, vu qu'elle est inexistante. Aucun raffinement, aucune subtilité - une belle déception après la visite du plus sublime château de la Loire ! Je conseille vivement de chercher ailleurs...

We have been staying at La Roseraie since I was a teenager (that is a very long time ago) and it has always been a lovely hotel. The current owner is very sweet and remembers us each time we visit, which makes it feel very homely. The room we stay in is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very welcome on our Summer visits. Always clean and tidy and very spacious even for three (our daughter prefers to share a room with us rather than have her own). The restaurant serves excellent food with attentive staff and the room and food prices are OK considering how close it is to the Chateau de Chenonceaux, which is a short walk away either along the street or via a hidden pathway that we di...
