Small restaurant in downtown Perpignan. Nice and helpful staff. There is no card itself, but entries, dishes and desserts on a wall slate. in a quiet little street near the arago square, more touristic. small but tasty menu. local tomatoes with goat cheese and sprinkled with fried onion were good but would have been better if tomatoes were at room temperature. The inguines in the head were excellent. the inguines in a light cream sauce with mushrooms and spinach are thrown into a deep bowl dug in a large round of parmesan, after the bowl has been torn (with conac I suppose).
