Perfect location and easy to find. The team was very helpful and very attentive. We were about ten in full board all was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and cozy. We highly recommend it

I went to the rest that was recommended to me by a friend I am pleasantly surprised the quality of the food the staff at the top smiling I also stayed in the hotel the room was clean I recommend this restaurant

Nous avons trouvé ça cher vis à vis de la qualité des crêpes et les prix pratiqués. Radin dans les ingrédients surtout à plus de 5€ la crêpe au Nutella quelques filets de Nutella dans celle ci et les toilettes dans un état lamentable !! Speisekarte ansehen

Very good restaurant in the center of the village of Saint Guilhem. There's a terrace on which you can eat when it's beautiful. The dishes are simple but good and the prices also. There's not much room in the room so we can be tight enough with the neighbors. But we're very well served, the servers are very nice. I recommend

The dinner at the restaurant last night at the Taverne de l’Escuelle was simply extraordinary! The warm welcome from our arrival immediately put the table for a memorable experience. Staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that every need is anticipated and met. In short, an unforgettable gourmet evening, where the excellence of the menu was perfectly complemented by impeccable service!

During a family trip in early December, we were able to test this hotel, both on the hotel and on the catering side. It was out of the tourist season so it is necessary to take into account the fact of organizing upstream and keeping in mind that teams can be reduced. For the hotel part, when we arrived, even a little late, we were charmed by the modern, clean and cozy room. It always has a lot of stone walls. The view of the village square was a real pleasure for the eyes, adding an authentic touch to our stay.
