How is it that food in France has so much flavour in the simplest of dishes? We were very impressed with our two different meals, one fish, the other pork. The service was friendly and timely. Prices very reasonable. Hope to return for another lunch.

We had discovered this restaurant while we explore the city and had decided to try it for dinner, it was a rather disappointing experience. Service was friendly, but unorganized, we had ordered an aperitif that arrived after our main (withdraws the purpose). The food was neither hot nor cold, only ribbed when it was warm and my friend even found a piece of cling film in her plate. I have nothing against restaurants that cook things in advance and reheat them before serving, but that really shows how much the kitchen staff must have been in a hurry to try (a unsuccessful) to heat our meal to get it out of the way. NOT RECOMMENDED BY ANY MEANS. SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY ISSUES. The staff was very disrespectful towards me when I communicated I have a severe allergy to walnuts and I could die from it. I do understand the first time I told them about my...issue, they perhaps did not understand it due to their poor command of the English language. However, when I made it clear I have allergy to walnuts, they brought the same salad I had ordered without the walnuts which resulted into cross- contamination. There were still small pieces of walnuts in the salad. I told them about it and this time I made it clear I could die and they understood it.
