Hotelrestaurant, Sie können auf einer großen Terrasse essen. Italienische Küche (mediterrane Produkte), gepökelte Gerichte und exquisite Speisen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, man reicht von Fisch bis Pasta. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Service. Ich empfehle eine Buchung

Last night in Lausanne. Wanted to stay close to our hotel. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. Two of us had monk fish, prepared in Italian cheese filled pasta . My wife had chicken. Very good. Started with a charcuterie plate and overate. We never make it to desert! Our waiter was good. Enjoyed looking at the Swiss Alps out the window.

Nice service, punctual with young Italian waiters. Fine cuisine, refined and never banal combinations. Tested an appetizer and a second: excellent (portions with discreet quantity). Please note the prices: very high. for a 2-course dinner with wine and dessert you will be around 100 francs on (maybe in Swiss x std online, dear compared to Italy. )

Bei schönem Wetter ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See allein schon einen Ausflug wert. Die Bedienung war bei meinen bisherigen Besuchen immer sehr freundlich. Auch das Essen hat ein hohes Niveau. Die italienisch mediterranen Speisen sind nicht immer leicht verdaulich, aber allemal frisch und sehr gut zubereitet.Wer jedoch ein begrenztes Budget hat, könnte im L'Accademia etwas überrascht werden. Der Arc lémanique ist an Sich nicht billig. Das Accademia ist es auch nicht. Ich finde, es ist den Preis wert.

Nachdem ich schon einige Male dort sehr gut gegessen und auch fachmännisch bedient wurde erlebte ich heute ein katastrophales Debakel, das sich dieses Haus nicht erlauben dürfte. Es liegt halt immer wieder am Personal (selten an der Küche).Ankunft mit meiner Frau um 14.30h - von Bedienung niemand da. Wir setzen uns. Nach über 10 Minuten kommt der Kellner und erklärt uns gehässigt, dass die Terrasse auf dieser Seite geschlossen ist und wir auf die andere Seite gehen müssen - sein Kollege komme gleich. Wir gehen rüber - aber der Kollege kommt nicht. Nach 10 weiteren Minuten verlassen wir den Ort. No more comment....

academia is one of our favorite restaurants, but last night we were disappointed. the service lacked professionalism (a waiter walks with a apron and a dish liquid to clean the tables while taking commands) , you have to draw attention to get our drinks. the most disappointing was our main dishes: pasta so spicy (without prior notice on the menu) that they are difficult to swallow, fat shrimps served with for only 4 chips vegetables. dessert succulent from shortbread to strawberries with mascarpone did not compensate our deception. Has the chief changed? we will hesitate to return, despite the ideal location on the lake.

This place is a dream! Too bad I don't live in Lausanne; otherwise, I would have definitely been a frequent guest. The wait was a bit too long until a table was made available to us, but it was well worth it.The food was exquisite: We shared a beef carpaccio and a burrata as appetizers, and I then had a spinach and ricotta ravioli as a main dish. It was all delightful and the portions generous by Swiss standards. The service was also very professional and friendly (I was so impressed by our waiter, I even asked him for his name to put it here in my review, but the I sadly forgot it. Massimo, maybe?), and the view simply stunning. Highly recommended.
