Ristorante non centrale a Perugia, ma questo, secondo me, conta poco. Cucina a vista, sala curata moderna e luminosa. Cucina ottima, che ve lo dico a fare, ha una stella Michelin, io, ho chiesto, nella prenotazione, un menù degustazione di 5 portate vegetariano, ottimo. Da provare assolutamente.

Brilliant restaurant with a warm and cheerful alfresco terrace. Marvelous and creative food ingredients are paired with a striking wine selection. this fish restaurant is a jewel of a sound! we discovered it on the recommendation of our Airbnb host. it is from the tourist stretch and serves incredible Italian food at a reasonable price. it is popular with local and good reason. everything we ordered was 5 stars! the deserts were mouthwater. but the best part was the personal warm, friendly and welcoming. they explained the menu and the different courses in English. I would like to recommend this restaurant very warmly to everyone who visits perugia. well made l’acciuga il vizio.

Stella meritata. Non ci tornavo dall'apertura e il locale rinnovato è davvero bello e molto luminoso. Apparecchiatura minimal senza tovaglia (che mi manca quando non c'è... ma con piatti e bicchieri molto eleganti. Il cibo del menu da 7 portate mi è piaciuto tutto, ottimo il benvenuto dello chef, squisito l'agnello e davvero eccezionale il risotto con sedano, rafano e burro affumicato, uno dei migliori che abbia provato, merita di diventare un classico. Particolare e buono il dolce. Unico difetto per me aspettare circa mezz'ora per iniziare a mangiare se si arriva all'apertura (12.30, primo piatto alle 12.55 , cosa che però mi è capitata spesso. Non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto un po' di olio umbr...

Una piacevole sorpresa. Il locale semplice e informale, con particolare attenzione ai dettagli. La sala disposta a ferro di cavallo con al centro la cucina a vista, tavoli e sedie di diversa fattura e materiali, i piatti ben presentati e curati. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione di 7 portate con: il 'benvenuto ' offerto dalla cucina composto da un maritozzo salato con paté di fegato, buonissimo, due frolle con burrata, e un baba con acciuga. Due antipasti, molluschi con lemongrass e scalogno e cavolfiore caramellato con castelmagno; due primi, stringhette vongole e aglione a mio parere un piatto dai sapori decisi, troppo piccante, ha invece apprezzato il mio compagno che ha mangiato i due...
