I asked the Chief to prepare a surprise menu for my birthday. We have been filled beyond all hope! As usual, kitchen made with very beautiful products but worked with such creativity! He surprises us every time. In a word a wonderful meal! I would also like to thank Thomas, the restaurant director for his tact and his big class, not to mention Jérémy, always in small care for the customers.

The restaurant has just lost its distinction to the michelin. We have noticed service anomalies, the tempo is not controlled, the sommelier intervenes at the time of mouthing, long waiting time for the dish, but dessert arrives too quickly before the dessert wines. note, however, the extreme kindness of all servers. But in the plate, we're in the stars! It is beautiful, legible, perfectly balanced and infinitely good! It was the return menu of the market and I'm not ready to forget it!
