Good restaurant but the quantities are really limited (around ten fries for a Burger at 19 euros, it's really not much even for a small eater... We do not offer the wine list even though we are in Chinon...

Rang on the off chance that there would be a table and managed to get one outside. Excellent food: cod, duck, and beef between us for main courses, and all beautifully presented with a variety of individual vegetables - a great contrast to some very "meaty" food that we had elsewhere in the Loire. Great service - quick but not rushed. Superb all round.

As soon as we open the door of this restaurant, the decoration gives the tone, original as the curved forms of the ceiling. the choice of menu (entrance, dish, dessert) is difficult because everything makes you want. The originality and creativity of the chef are visible from the first glance: in the entrance we had taken ravioli to the foie gras and goat, as well as a salmon waffle with sorbet in the cucumber. The 7-hour lamb mouse and the ox tab with chorizo sauce are simply extra. The reception and service are impeccable. the waiter does not hesitate to advise you for the choice of wine you can make by going directly to the wide choice of bottles available at the entrance of the restauran...
