"We were walking along the Port and found this restaurant which by the look of the menu we were going to be in for a treat. We were told by the waiter we were not allowed to sit at a table for 4 as there was only the two of us! We had a fair bit of shopping with us so we thought we could use the extra space. We were seated at a tiny, lopsided table with our shopping scattered around us which the waiter and the clientele tripped over. The hamburger I ordered came out RAW and I asked for another one which I was told I could only have this one and it will need to be recooked. I said not to worry about it and take it off the bill. My partner had the mussels which were like rubber and half the shells were empty. Went to pay for the bill and the hamburger was still being charged for. I was told by the owner it was my FAULT because I had asked for RAW meat in my hamburger. When I protested I was told it is OKAY to eat raw meat because I am in France. I said I did not ask for Tartar and that it should be removed from the bill. He then went on to explain it was my fault because I refused to send it back to the kitchen to be recooked and reconstructed. In the end I gave up and paid. To add insult to injury I was given the wrong change! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!"

We were very welcome and advised when we arrived at Casa nova. The dishes are good in addition to not being out of price, all at the edge of the old port. Everything is in place for a very nice lunch or dinner. I recommend!

Nous avons pris le plat du jour, raviole aux saumons. C'était excellent!! Le seul problème c'est que nous avions seulement 5 ravioles... ayant un petit appétit j'ai fini mon assiette sans problème, cependant mon conjoint est resté sur sa faim...

came here for breakfast and chose the hearty formula that came out from large portions and was very tasty. It consisted of a small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 slices of French bread with butter, 2 eggs sunny side up, bacon, rusti and salad. I had hot chocolate to drink. The staff was friendly and fast. It is a great place to enjoy some time. Recommended.

Après avoir longtemps hésité sur le choix du restaurant nous avons mangé au casa nova et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Nous avons pris le menu à 28€ le soir avec en entrée tomates cœur de bœuf mozzarella pesto ensuite une dorade cuite à la plancha avec une très bonne ratatouille et du riz puis des desserts maison excellents comme le tiramisu. La serveuse est très agréable ainsi que le jeune patron. Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec vue sur la bonne mère.
