we were pleasantly surprised by this charming restaurant located place jersey. the welcome is warm, the pleasant setting but it is especially the menu that seduced us. a real treat, a refined cuisine that will delight the most demanding without unraveling the wallets.Bravo to the team, we'll come back for sure!

we came on Tuesday 1 August to dinner very nicely perfect of the acceuil of the fabien manager accustomed to being restaurant we never received a receipt we tried the dish of the day to evening the it was a salmon tartare and quinoa and a rich risotto of the sea for dessert a cheesecake with lemon a real regal thank you to the whole team very welltot

Last year it was perfect, this year I had booked a table outside when I arrived it was complete it was necessary to wait 10 minutes for us to install a table on the other hand the meal was more than average given the price paid and I no longer recommend this restaurant that has my opinion will not delay to deposit the balance sheet given the services offered. very disappointed of this new experience. The food was amazing. We did the three course meal option. I had an avocado shrimp grapefruit salad that sounds a little disgusting but was hands down one of my favorite things I've ever eaten. I had haddock as the main course and the strawberry shortcake as a dessert. The food was all great. The staff was excellent. The manager actually took our order since he seemed to be more fluent in English than some of the other staff, and he was great at making suggestions and teasing (in a totally appropriate way). One friend started to order the pineapple carpaccio as his dessert and the manager tsked and told him he could get thinly sliced pineapple anywhere and to order something else. My friend...
