Fantastic fantastic food! I've been several times now and it is sooooo good.. The owners are really friendly and make the effort to speak english and explain the dishes if you ask, a really nice atmosphere and excellent value in every way!

Fantastico! Se si vuole mangiare tartufo fresco questo è il posto giusto. Gli gnocchetti marzolino e tartufo sono una prelibatezza. Molto carino il locale, interno alla roccia. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ed il pezzo onesto.Dato che non è molto spazioso si consiglia la prenotazione.

Locale molto intimo e accogliente.Per me è stata la prima volta che ho mangiato del vero tartufo,ed è stato tutto buonissimo, dall'antipasto al secondo,l'accostamento dei vini e poi che dire dei dolci? Ristorante situato in un bel posto in mezzo alle vie di un paesino che si affaccia su un bel panorama. Proprietari ci hanno accolto in modo molto gentile e ci hanno presentato i piatti e i vini accompagnandoci durante la cena. Entrambi molto preparati e molto cordiali. Purtroppo però i piatti non erano all'altezza del locale, antipasto buono, risotto molto slegato e con poco sale, e secondi non buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po altino. Però ho apprezzato molto la sincerità e disponibilità del proprietario. Sicuramente un locale che potrà fare meglio perché ha tutte le caratteristiche!!

We first visited this restaurant 7 years ago and had excellent food and service in a beautiful environment. We went back again and found that the restaurant had changed hands but has the same cook. A friend of the former owner took over and is continuing to offer an excellent experience. The specialty in this area is tartufo. Everything we ate was excellent. If you have a problem finding the restaurant just ask a local and they will guide you. On both of our visits someone personally took us to the restaurant. We have traveled in Italy since 1998 and found this place to be one of the best restaurants we have visited.

Our first time in the area and searched trip advisor to feed our hungry brood (ten of us). This restaurant welcomed us with open arms and even though there was a language barrier we communicated effectively because the food was so delicious. We ordered right off the menu and it was like a gourmet restaurant with Chili's prices!!! After a long day of sightseeing this restaurant became our resting place for almost three hours, by our choice of course, and it was the best meal ever. We plan to go back at least once a year even though it is two hours away. The staff of extremely hospital and we shared a love of people closing the place down after lunch. We found this delightful restaurant by accident. You may have to ask someone to point the restaurant out to you as it may be hard to find but a visit to the town is a great experience too because it has a good view and is interesting. It sits on an extinct volcano. We asked a local resident, named Felice, meaning happy , where we could eat in town and he took us on foot to find the restaurant. The restaurant is ran by a couple and everything we had was delicious. The interior is very inviting and cozy. Volevo capire come mai le ultime recensioni del ristorante non erano buone, cosi con mio figlio abbiamo deciso di tornarci. La prima volta andai con tutta la famiglia e ci trovammo veramente bene, per cui non riuscivo a capire tutta questa rabbia nelle recensioni riguardo il locale ed il cibo.Comunque ci sono ritornata dopo due anni e come allora, infatti, non mi ha delusa. Ho ordinato gli gnocchetti al marzolino (formaggio tipico della zona) e tartufo veramente speciali, mentre mio figlio ha preso i tagliolini funghi porcini e tartufo anche questi ottimi. I have dined to this restaurant twice in the past year and the food we had was simply delicious. From the Starter (it is a must to the main courses the food was simply incredible. If you are a food Lover and you want to try the famous Truffle of the Apennines, this is the place to go. The food is freshly made and this can slow down a bit the service, the Host Angela is simply exquisite, very nice and polite, always willing to help in the choice of the food and the Wine.
