"arrived in early July with a group of twenty two people and although the bosses were warned that we would be numerous, some guests had to wait for more than an hour before being served while others had already completed for a long time.Those who had had the wrong idea of choosing the calamars from the menu were doublely punished, not only they waited for their dish for an hour but this one proved to be tasty about pizzas, whose price runs around twelve euro, they really have nothing memorable and become insipid once cooled. After reporting our unpleasant surprise in front of the interminable waiting, we were told that we were too many. No commercial gesture, not a word of excuse.Our "too many" group will not return to this establishment."

"I correct my first opinion, indeed we returned this year and ate the best sausage cake of my life. Mustard sauce, small onions, galette, sausages... everything was perfect. I recommend the artisanal ice cream for dessert, they are just as perfect. One more for service and non-standard kindness of people working there. We highly recommend it to you."

"A return visit to the Gavrinis confirmed that it remains as good as it has always been. The dining room is one of my favourite anywhere in France: the interior decoration is relaxing, calm, and uncluttered. The menu doesn't change significantly, apart from the daily...specials, but the quality of the cooking is consistently high; the langoustines en croustillant are delightful (as near to miniature fish fingers for adults as I can imagine); the slow cooked lamb (presented artistically in twin towers) is rich and full of flavour, the poitrine of pork brings out the best in that cut of meat. A chocolate soufflé was light but again burst with flavour. The excellent wine list produced another gem in a white Beaujolais. Everything was value; the whole bill for two of us cost less than £100 (not least because of the clever and thoughtful way the proprietor juggles dishes so you can get the menu price, regardless of who has eaten what) and we left very satisfied, very relaxed, and very happy."

"Stopped here for lunch and got the last outside table. We were quickly given menus and when the waitress noticed we were speaking English bought us English versions of the menu. We ordered cider and a galette each. I had the goats cheese, honey walnut...and salad whilst my partner had scallops and leek. Both came within a reasonable time and looked and tasted delicious. We followed with coffee. This was excellent value at less than The serving staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. An excellent example of a French creperie. A word of warning, like many French restaurants they serve lunch only between and and are then closed until pm for dinner."
