"What a charm Le Minet Galant! A few steps from the Opera, this charming restaurant serves a high quality cuisine in an authentic and charming atmosphere that reminds Parisian restaurants on the sidewalk. The Chef produced a terrine succulent and my beef fillet was cooked to perfection with a good Bearnese sauce! Other guests also enjoyed a varied and imaginative menu. The service was really good and an excellent black pinot complimented the food well. Really a place to go if you like the very good cuisine in a typical Parisian atmosphere. A very good address in the opera/bourse district. Beautiful Parisian bistro decor. Effective map. A reasonable price for the neighborhood. Excellent service. The Mint Galant, a nice and bright retro chic setting. Tasty dishes regularly renewed according to the seasons and wishes of the chef. On my photos, 7h cooked pork chin (sparked and melted) and crispy chocolate mousse (gourmande and light). A pleasure for taste buds. And all this with a little onion service. To visit without delay!

Usually (very demanding in terms of cuisine and quality of service, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this address. At the Minet Galant we discovered a traditional, reworked kitchen, setting a relaxed atmosphere in a pure Parisian style. Special mention to the team who has been in care with us throughout the meal.
