"I was at the Augustine Pavilion three times, and it was a total failure twice out of three. This place has no respect for its customers (and I really weigh my words). They spoiled us once the Mother's Day with their amateurism (reservation not taken into account, more blablabla pizzas...) so we decide to write them in private for explanations and we say that the mistake is so human that 4 months later I reserve it to celebrate my birthday. Arriving the server tells me that I don't have a reservation to my name...Happyly I kept the confirmation message(I specify that I booked the August 23 and that I contacted them on September 1 to confirm). The nice waiter eventually finds us a table, we pass the order, and more than an hour after we have the drinks and 2 poor pizzas (we were 12 people), then we decide to start them again an hour later and there they tell us that they have forgotten our order(still already paid) and that the kitchen is closed). This time I put a review because I don't want people to leave with the same frustration I had. I'm pregnant for more than 7 months, and I really wanted to enjoy my last birthday without a baby, so you totally ruined my time, so thank you. All I want is that this place changes managers, owners...because you don't deserve to have such a nice spot, you're so eager for money that it becomes overwhelming."

2 stars for the friendly setting, but concerning the restaurant... big sick, 5 balls beer bottle 33cl, idem for the least candy, 4 cantine shotamisu that compete in the duel next to a melted supermarket chocolate. Crazy people.
