"What a magnificent discovery. The place is cozy, intimate, very romantic, warm. We are very well received, the tables are spacious special mention for the quality tablecloths and napkins haha) the service is fast. Let’s talk MEAL. It was delicious and very filling. The chef really has a gift because everything is very well seasoned. The duck breast sauce with honey is incredible and I don't know how it is possible to make mashed potatoes so sublime! If I had to make a constructive criticism which ultimately doesn't have one) I find that the ratatouille crumble is too copious for just one person so it's to tell you how much you're going to enjoy it) More than reasonable price range €53 for 2 for main course and dessert) Big crush. Thank you !"

"Our favourite restaurant in the area. A lovely room (and outside, too, when it is warm); a friendly, relaxed welcome; a menu that limits choices to those made with the freshest seasonal ingredients of the day; and dishes that reflect the chef’s passion to attenuate and complement the flavours of those ingredients. A wine list that covers the bases — especially for local wines — and attentive service that makes you almost feel you’re the home guests of close friends. L’Envol was like this before the pandemic and I was so happy to see this lovely hospitality hasn’t changed. Highly recommended — we will always come here when visiting the Luberon."

"Came here for a very late lunch got there jsut before 2pm when the restaurant closes. We weren’t sure they would be able to seat us as it was so late but wow they were so nice and friendly and super happy to accommodate us for lunch. My mum had the fixed price lunch menu (18 euros) for a chicken and rice main (with ginger and coriander) and brownie it was amazing value and both, especially the brownie were delicious. We also tried a number of entrees (foie gras always yummy) and an eggplant dish (this was ok) as well as a salmon tartare. We also had a coffee and mixed dessert plate to finish and this was exquisite. The team are super friendly and helpful. We had a few slight communication issues with the child’s meal but it all sort of worked out (only ended up with a tiny portion of it but meh). We really enjoyed our meal here and was honestly the best service ever Would definitely recommend"

"C’est dommage, mais je ne pensais pas que mon premier avis sur ce restaurant serait aussi négatif ! En me promenant dans Cavaillon, j'ai décidé de m'arrêter dans cet établissement. Il n'était pas encore 22 heures ! Deux serveuses, pour des raisons inconnues, ne m'ont même pas laissé dire un mot, ne m'ont pas écouté elles se sont toutes deux révélées extrêmement agressives et irritées. C'est une attitude dégoûtante et inacceptable envers un client ! Il suffisait de dire gentiment : Bonsoir ! Désolé, nous ne servons plus. Ils ne m'ont même pas dit bonjour. Les phrases « nous ne nourrissons plus » m'ont été lancées avec colère. Je ne peux pas oublier les visages en colère et tordus de ces deux « dames ». Dommage pour un tel restaurant! Je me suis assis tranquillement dans un autre établissement voisin Au Comptoir Belge merci beaucoup aux serveurs, ils étaient très gentils et arrangeants !!!"
