While visiting the Champagne region, we came across this address completely by chance where we decided to spend the night. The cuisine is absolutely delicious, seasonal and sophisticated and the prices more than reasonable. The desserts were also divine! Go there with your eyes closed!

Good morning, My opinion concerns the restaurant at the Relais Champenois. I highly recommend, warm welcome and service. The meal is just excellent , the price is explained by the quality and quantity provided. At the end of the meal the chef comes to meet us to find out if everything went well. We appreciated the approach. You can go there with your eyes closed.

It is only a pleasure to find an establishment where the reception is pleasant, the very correct rooms and a restaurant that deserves 1 bib in Michelin! The cream burned with parmesan is a killing all the meals is well cooked, (original fries millefeuille : no fat, well the taste of the potato) , everything is very good ! When to staff:l 'team is very charming and prof! The price quality ratio is good! The dining room is pretty, sober with a chic vile France side! In 1 word establishment to be recommended

Reservation for dinner at the restaurant in week facilitated by a very good reception. The restaurant is for us a beautiful discovery with an expression that suits it: Very but not too much! Very well received. Very well served. Very good foods (Excellents) . No pressure for dinner in express. The plates are well trimmed without being too copyy. Have taken 2 menus at 43€. For a gourmet restaurant, it's fine. The choice is very correct. Get out of the table without starving. All right, but not too fat, not too hard/heavy. Don't forget a map of the alcohols, including very attractive whiskeys. An accessible chef with accessible kitchen. Experience to renew.
