Le Rendez Vous - Speisekarte

Tripadvisor rated this restaurant very high but we were disappointed. We had cod in parsley crust and caulieflowee, but frankly, no fish taste.

the previous unplanned visit in 2018 turned out very nice and that drove us back. still the very friendly answer and nice food and drinks for a very reasonable price.

it's been a few years since we last visited. this place is in the last 10 years a favorite of us in bandol. new owner and a new cap. beautiful service and delicious food. a pleasure to be back! Speisekarte ansehen

Back in Bandol at our favourite restaurant Rendez Vous. New look furniture but food and service still great. We recommend the BBQ... so you can cook your steak and chicken the way you like it! Went there with our French friends who loved it also...as they brought their friends!

On the basis of the combination of quality of food, ambiance, service and price this was our favourite restaurant in Bandol. The three course set menu is very good value at 26 euro but many people opt for their speciality, linguine combined with Parmesan, prepared...at your table.

we visit Bandol every year and always eat at rendezvous (more times.)! it becomes so safer to book a table. thoughtfully prepared appetizers and mouth-watering main courses that never inspire. make sure they are ready for dessert and coffee. our family has been happy this year several visits and we look forward to the return next year. A fairly pleasant experience but not a restaurant I would go back to. A starter of smoked trout wrap with side salad was fairly good but the second course of Veal fillet mignon with a foiegras sauce was over flavoured and not particularly palatable. Deserts...of three sorbets can only be described as ok. Service however was very pleasant and friendly.

we eat here last week and I have to say that the experience was great. only from the hectic of the main strip. this restaurant has a great menu to offer something for every taste. they are fresh and seasonal products combined...with a friendly atmosphere! we had a menu (start, head, dessert) for €27 with a bottle of beautiful red bandol wein. the meat was cooked to perfection! and the pasta before you on the table was a joy! we will definitely come back here! many thanks again for a great culinary experience. We were turned away the first night we went so made sure we booked the following evening. Like most of the backstreet restaurants in Bandol it’s only small. We were all fighting over the children’s meal, which was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked chips and meat...in a divine gravy. I’m still thinking about it! We (4 adults) ordered the set menu which was a bit hit and miss. Ambitious mains, generous portions. The locals we noticed all ordered the speciality, Parmesan Spaghetti, which was served from a cheese wheel at the table. We definitely had food envy!
