Nothing to say just perfect. the setting is magnificent, the superior service and the meal was just a pure happiness that we took the menu tasting with the agreement of the wines). We didn't know if we were gonna taste and we weren't disappointed. soon

we enjoyed the culinary associations, the presentation and the flavour of the dishes. for having lunch this Sunday noon, there was no waiting despite the restaurant that was full. The setting is very pleasant and the walk that followed around the water plan was welcome.

in the menu we tasted and enjoyed a flavor under wood, (for my wife and a haddock betterave beautifully presented. we were at the table, all dishes were perfect, service in the room, at the top, with an efficient hotel master with his team to note a trolley of cheese out of the ordinary !!!!

Soirée exceptionnel ! Franchement j'en ai fait des adresses, nous avons été très étonné du peu de monde. Tout de même c'était égoïstement très agréable, le serveur/sommelier/bibliothèque embulante à une culture juste incroyable ! Il connait absolument tout de ce qui est dans l'assiette, de comment c'est fait, d'où ça vient, du prénom du fils de la fromagère à 200km à la ronde ! Soirée exceptionnel dans un cadre superbe !
