an atmosphere, a decor, a welcome, and a divine cassoulet on the spot and take the taste later and let the good memories go back.

We wanted to eat a "good cassoulet"... it was done in this haven of peace, where we were welcomed, advised and served by competent and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful meal here. The food was lovely and the service superb. The chef/ owner even gave us a lift back to our boat afterwards. Can’t recommend highly enough.

excellent food, very traditional restaurant, clean and pretty outdoor terrace with greenery and animals; However, families do not seem to be welcome. The patronage is antipathic and has no sense of reception while it is a typical family setting.

we opted for the formulas at 35 and 39€. Delicious and homemade entries even for bread. the cassoulet is just exquisite and very copied (the entries are also copied). advice very well advised for accompanying wines. We are delighted to have chosen this family establishment. the frame is very pleasant and the staff very attentive. We highly recommend!

What are we eating when you stop on the holiday road in castelnaudary? Quality of the dishes: it is the best, it is true (although we have not compared with any other).Menu to 35 euro with input, dish and dessert. Only reproaches: the entrance and the dish are served on a coup, which makes it less appreciated. Too bad.The chef is making the tour of the room at the end of the meal. Nice!

we went with a 3-year-old boy and we were lucky enough to have lunch on the terrace. the kitchen was excellent: special mention for the home foie gras (a delight), from the entrance to the dessert nothing to say. and even our son has been regaled because finding a different child menu from the traditional menu (steak chopped or fried nuggets) c is very appreciable he had the choice between toulous sausage or duck needles the most of the restaurant when it looks good: enclos with chickens and alpacas, a happiness for our son, and we could spend more than 2 hours at the table. He's been walking in front of our table to see the animals. Say again.

passing through the city, we wanted to eat a good cassoulet and saw its rating this restaurant seemed all indicated. a parking lot with enough space for cars is a good start, then a smiling person at the reception and the fatty question falls: "Have you reserved?". . . .arghhh no, but the gods of gastronomy had to be with us because there was just a table!!So a tip: think to book! The entrance is a pure marvel and the sumptuous cassoulet that it would largely suffice on its own!Blessed a welcoming, smiling staff of good humor and mood; a very pleasant setting, and a kitchen. . . . really sublime. We even have the right to leave with the secret of preparation: time, simplicity and good homema...

My wife and I have been meaning to dine here since 2015 however as the restaurant only opens for evening meals on a Saturday, things have just not worked out. This year I made sure that we secured a table and finally made it. An excellent menu awaits, plenty of choice and judging by the various selections made by our fellow diners all appeared delighted with their choices. I am a creature of habit and plumbed for the Cassoulet which is the signature dish and I was glad I did, the meat simply falls apart and the flavours were amazing. My wife decided to select tornados of filet steak and this looked delicious, she liked it so much I didn’t even get a taste. We went for a set menu washed down...
