Overall, it was a good experience. My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and a wrap. If you find yourself needing to eat at a motorway service area, you can't go wrong with Leon. The food and service are typically excellent, although the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Ordered Chai latte my wife a bacon egg muffin myself a shaksuka We were 2nd in line at 0830 We waited, waited, latte arrived, was drunk, we waited. I enquired as to how long, got a four word grunted answer when I asked about the food being sat waiting for nearly 10 minutes of it 's a hot plate Iike the staff I couldn 't be bothered So ate a cold shaksuka without a drink.. Shame Poor service Zero customer services skills in attempts to improve on what inter personal skills they possessed Shame, won 't be back
