"I enjoyed an excellent meal! The products are fresh, tasted and especially: an exceptional work on flavors is done in the kitchen! Through revisited classics we were able to discover alliances of rich, intelligent flavours. Moreover the menu is varied and offers an option for any form of diet, carnists as vegetarian.ne.s will find their pleasure there. The in-room service is efficient, with pleasant and listening staff. In short: congratulations for this reopening! One of the best Vitré tables for me. Thank you for this experience."

"We were in Vitré for the first time and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance during a walk when it was closed between lunch and dinner. The menu looked great, and when we peeked inside, it really looked appealing. I have always had a theory about restaurants in France with the name "Auberge" in them. They are bound to be good and I have never been wrong so far! We decided to go back that night for dinner. We looked on Tripadvisor and did see some negative reviews about a lot of the food most likely being prepared from frozen, but didn't let that stop us. We were early welcomed by one of the owners. I loved the cozy feel of this restaurant. The table was beautifully set and it felt chic and elegant. The owner didn't really know the exact history of the building but as it is right across from the cathedral, it was most likely originally a bourgeois home from the 16th century. We both enjoyed our meal, loved the ambiance of the restaurant and the friendly owners. The food was very good and wonderfully presented. Was some of the food prepared from frozen? Hard to say, but all we knew is that is was quite delicious and it was very good value for money. I'd recommend it and we would certainly return again when in Vitré."

"Well surprised: the staff listens and comes; the overall atmosphere of the room is pleasant; the top meal: special mention for the intercoast (the requested kitchen is controlled. We went out with tight and very satisfied belly skin. The motto forgets your diet takes all its meaning! We regret that one thing: having put so much time before starting (we spend every day in the region. There are certainly negative opinions (sometimes maltreated or just a step of bowl, but do as we do, go see for yourself. This restaurant deserves a detour! I recommend it! We plan to reiterate the experience. Bravo to the whole team (the next time we squat the trolley or tonneau: Happy holidays to all!"

"What a great find this restaurant turned out to be! There are so many restaurants in Vitré but we plumped for this one because it looked so cosy with the pizza fire, and we were not disappointed. First of all the choice of food was...great, the kids were happy with pizzas, but there was also a very full range of dishes for the adults. The food was fantastic, so tasty and very copious. The cider was delicious. The café gourmand was divine. The service was impeccable and the price was very reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant which so completely ticks all of our boxes. We wish we lived closer so we could return!"
