"We chose to visit on a Sunday and wonder if that was a mistake. Other reviews have been very good but they did not wholly reflect our experience. Firstly let me say that the service and the staff are really excellent and welcoming. We had...3 courses, the starter was a mixure of tasters from Southern Iran, unusual and very good, the best of the 3 courses. For main I had fish, it was fine but plain and disappointing, my wife had the chicken with jewelled rice, again not very interesting. Desserts were OK but not as different as we hoped Perhaps Sunday is not the day to visit?"
