I had a delicious time in La Taverne to Briançon! The entrance, the dish and the dessert were on top, including a mountain dish that was a real treat despite the heat. The staff was welcoming, smiling, helpful and always available to meet our needs. I strongly recommend this warm and friendly place!

Finally! Finally a restaurant that meets our expectations! During our stay in Briançon, we tested 4 restaurants, my husband being the same chef. And it is the only one to have enjoyed us from the beginning to the end both by his staff and by his kitchen (with a blow and a perfect meat cooking). We'll be back.
