Des boîtes et du surgelé. Degeuu!vraiment à revoir au niveau attente surtout et "nourriture " accueil froid

nous avons très bien mangé a l'escale . Pour une première fois à chalus (viens de déménager) je ne suis pas déçue . A refaire .

Very good reception we eat there very well and enough not to be hungry when leaving the entrances will a filet de beef pepper sauce, a stuffed quilt with foie gras truffles and many other things that make want cheeses and desserts at will, recommended

nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de prendre un repas a l'escale gourmande... par contre, nous buvions notre café matin et après midi . je voulais dire que votre accueil , mesdames, est super, nous avons aussi appréciés votre gentillesse !! ne changez rien !! Bon rapport qualité/prix du buffet à volonté (entrée, plat, dessert, pichet de vin, 14.30 euros), avec, le midi où nous étions là, un des des plats d'une qualité vraiment suprenante: papillotte de saumon baignant dans une sauce-crème excellente. Bonne variété d'entrées et de plats. Service très aimable.

Saw the roadside signs on the way down, and came back a few days later having checked reviews. We didn't quite believe what we apparently got for a fixed price, but I'm a sucker for a buffet. I should have been more trusting. Starter buffet was great, and would have been perfectly adequate as a meal in itself. A choice of five mains (not buffet) followed we had the tripe, and he veal. This may look like a truck stop, but the quality of the food was much, much higher. Then there was the cheese board, the dessert buffet, the coffee... add on a bottle of sparkling water, and it came to a grand total of... 34.50e? Yes, I checked. Not per head. That was the total.

We were delighted to see the Les Routiers sign as we drove into the village, having passed any number of restaurants that were shut, some looking to be of a permanent nature. You are always sure of getting a good meal in a Les Routiers restaurant, sometimes basic but always good. It was a Saturday and getting late for lunch but the place was still packed. Monsieur le patron greeted us as we walked in and sat us down at one of the long communal tables and a young lady, the only one serving and boy did she work hard, explained what was on offer. A four, yes four course menu starting with a buffet followed by a main, chosen from the menu on a board on the wall, then cheese and a dessert and all... Speisekarte ansehen
