"Estuvimos veinticinco minutos esperando que nos tomasen las bebidas, mientras que las mesas de nuestro alrededor que llegaron más tarde, les tomaron las bebidas enseguida. Cuando avisamos del tiempo de espera, agilizan el tomar las bebidas así como los platos. Pedimos cinco platos en total, de los cuales, cuatro nos los traen todos juntos a la mesa. Tras acabar dichos platos, esperamos otros veinticinco minutos para que nos traigan el quinto, y ya un poco decepcionados con el descontrol, decidimos pedir la cuenta e irnos. La sorpresa llega cuando nos intentan cobrar el quinto plato por el cual habíamos estado esperando y nunca había llegado, además de dos cafés que obviamente nuestros no eran. Cuando avisamos del error en la cuenta nos dicen que el quinto plato nos lo están preparando, no dudo de ello, pero no puede haber un espacio de veinticinco minutos entre un plato y otro, y menos cuando los otros cuatro los has servido todos juntos. Sinceramente, tampoco me gustó en absoluto la actitud de la camarera cuando le explico el fallo en la cuenta y en el servicio. Ha sido verdaderamente decepcionante. A favor tengo que decir, que la comida, como siempre, es exquisita."

Más allá de eso y por lo que destaca Ginos Ponferrada es por el buen trato y profesionalidad del personal. Es un gusto ir. Desde la persona que te recibe hasta el que te cobra pasando por los camareros, es un gusto. Fuimos 4 adultos con mi hija de dos años y el trato con todos y la atención con la niña de 10. Gracias"
