Lunch stop for guests who like to eat very well in a relaxed atmosphere. The boss arrives at 5 a.m. to cut the vegetables. It takes 7 hours (from 5 a.m. to 12 noon) to prepare everything. Make homemade chocolate mousse like cutting a quarter of beef that will have maturation in the cold room.
