"This little restaurant offers the best sushi I've eaten for a long time. The California rolls are served with a perfectly ripe and cold temperature lawyer and the salmon is fresh, without too much fat. The rice is firm and contains the right amount of sushi vinegar. The weekly lunch offer of two 6-piece makis plus an accompanying dish is satisfactory because the makis are generous. Although it is on a main artery of Villeurbanne, the restaurant is quiet. I'll be back for dinner. This little restaurant has the best sushi I've eaten for a long time. Les plus : le restaurant et la cuisine ultra propre, les quantités assez importantes Les moins : le poisson pas froid comme on l'attend dans les sushis, le service très long à cause des commandes foodora Allez y faire un tour !

A very good sushi restaurant ideally located off the Gratte-ciel metro. Sushi and makis are good and the fish is fresh. The staff is really adorable even if the prices can be a little high for some trays. There is also a possibility to withdraw.

Not bad the restaurant but a little very small, the top service of the manager is very nice and listen, but maybe a little slow to take the orders on site but it's good. very good chicken ravioli, and chirashi also by very fine contrast piece of fish it may be because the fish is better quality than it understands. The kitchen is open and you can see what happens on the other side it’s reassuring. I recommend

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
