"I have to say to whole experience was very underwhelming from the moment I arrived, the food and service. Although I had made my reservation through OpenTable and had an email confirmation the staff had no record of my booking. To add to that it definitely felt like the staff did not believe me and made me feel very uncomfortable in front of my guests. The food was pretty standard, but what made it even worse was the staff were so miserable, no smiles and everything felt like an inconvenience."

slow, unalert bartender the worst Dubonnet/Gin I've ever had breadcrumbs under the tablecloth wrong bill. too many small things that are not on standard

too much sauce and tabasco in a garn cocktail and I have cooked nurse steaks at home. that said the service was ok and the portabello mushroom delish. was a 60th birthday event for me and disappointing overall. he can make it better.

Food was really nice and staff very friendly. The only thing i would like to say was that the serrvice betwren the first 3 courses was too fast, it was tske the course away and the next course was deliveref straight away. It is nice to have a break between them Speisekarte ansehen

I used to go here many moons ago when it opened and if anything the food has improved, the service was very good (although the place was not full) and the value was there as evidenced by the staff pointing out good options which were not necessarily the most expensive

On entering an empty restaurant, I was surprised to have the waiter insist on seating us at a table next to the only other guest when the rest of the restaurant was literally empty. For a steakhouse the steak was inedible, the order was brought out wrong on more than one occasion and the staff were all quite dismissive and rude. Not a place I’d go back to.
