Masons Arms - Speisekarte

Had steak and gammon meals steak dry and the gammon was the sort you'd get from supermarket,thin and dry .we have been here many times but for nearly £50 this was disgusting told waitress but no come back from kitchen

this was our first visit to the masons arms, we had passed it in the summer and thought how beautiful it looked. it was one of the most beautiful Sunday dinners we had, the quality of food and the standard of cooking was excellent, will soon return.

we stayed for 2 nights in the masons inn, our room was beautiful and spacious. the staff was very pleasant and eating very well, especially the sunday roast! the breakfast board was a nice note and enough to get rid of us in the morning....Let them back in the final.

Staying in Bishop Monkton this was our local hoseltry. Ate here twice, both occasions the meals were excellent steak night is a must. Lovely staff, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit. We will be booking our table for our next...stay in Bishop Monkton.

We have just moved into Bishop Monkton and what a pub to have on your doorstep!!! Food exceeds all expectations Staff friendly and efficient. A special word for Sammy the pub manager. We went here for a Saturday night meal. Not that busy and we were surprised to get a table so easily. Service quick and efficient and also great value for money. The only thing I would say is the food could have done with being...slightly hotter as some of it was lukewarm, not sure if it had been sat out for a while in the kitchen.

beautiful, spacious room. amazingly comfortable bed with bed linen smells super clean. room was immaculate and comfortable and very well sleep. beautiful meal in restaurant. great atmosphere. it was busy, but the staff was attentive and helpful and main course of gammonei and chips...was especially delicious. would recommend an overnight stay here.

the accommodation was nice. but the food was filthy. my wife had sizzling chicken plate, but she couldn't cut or eat the hunch the shlittshoe didn't happen, we mentioned it on the waitress that went into the kitchen and some time later her. with a few freshly cooked chickens, the rest of the food had gone cold until then. I had the hunters chicken, but it was in a burger format instead of on a teller. the breakfast was just a apple, a frusli bar, a muffin and a small bottle of orange juice

Being a Sunday I had rung at 1130am to check what time food service was until. I was told 6pm was last orders. As we are in a motorhome and were coming to the area it was important we knew what was available as this...was the only option in the village. Arrived 5pm, got drinks and was told food orders being taken up until 615pm. Given a menu and a ticket to open a tab. 530pm go to order food to be told we are not taking food orders as we are too busy'. Ok I can accept that happens having run a pub myself HOWEVER good practice is to honour the people already expecting food as we were and it is new people that turn up that you say no to! It really wasn't acceptable as we had checked then doubl...
