Masti - Speisekarte

Their website is out of date and when you call then no one answers. The recorded message mentions an option to leave a msg but their mailbox is full. How can you run a venue when customers cannot contact you?

I had my 50th birthday celebration at Masti on Sunday, and I was very impressed with the service we had Thanks to Roxana who helped to organize everything. Roxana she is very professional and very friendly, I will recommend Masti to any celebration or day out,

Needs to improve food quality as keep almost similar menu and improve service standards. Visited with family and waited long to get food for kids also cleaners clean tables in rush without even ask seaters. Mentioned issue several team members there however no outcome to resolve. Masti was incredible at creating a wonderful atmosphere for my Dad's surprise party. From Indi to Rucksana, Sebi, and the other staff members who worked that day, their assistance and support were amazing. My guests were impressed by everything, especially the excellent service provided. I will definitely recommend this venue and book it again in the future.

My friend and I went to this restaurant called Tony's. When we arrived, the guy at the door only let a girl inside and said that boys were not allowed. We showed our ID, but he said to try again next week. He was very rude and spoke disrespectfully to us. It was not a good experience. Later that night, Tony only allowed girls inside and not boys. Positive They have a DJ playing Indian Bollywood Bhangra style music. It is great. Negative food is really not great! I have been twice in the same week and realised the food menu is the same Which means stale! Service is really awful! The staff doesn't really pay attention, The buffet Sit down service is really is slow. They are rude enough to slam your bill the minute you finish your food! If you are looking for North Indian food Sit down dinner buffet and music then Masti is good! Bur trust me it's overhyped!

Had a booking and we were overcharged. We were billed for more guests than were in our party. Owners refused to offer a refund. Instead argued that their counting system upon entry was correct despite our guests arriving at different times. Our tables only had space for the guests that were there yet we were charged for more guests than there were spaces? The owners argued when I told them they had overcharged when the number of people we booked for was the same as the number of seats at our tables. Very strange behaviour from the owners? I visited Masti for the first time for friends birthday on 27/07/19!!!!!! It was terrible from service to food, from very filthy toilets to all around hygiene, I now have upset stomach since coming home in the early hours of Sunday morning from the restaurant, the service was terrible on drinks clearing the tables after finishing our our meal, I did not like going to there uncleaned toilets as they were filthy all around, terrible Smell, dirty from floor to walls with small fly’s, the food did not taste good from Vegetarian to non Veg, half of the food tasted like it was two or three days old?
