nobu / matsuhisa is always a guarantee!! I went there twice and the second time, it was my restaurant of choice for my birthday, they make you feel like home and the food is obviously delicious! Congratulations also to our Italian server who sang the song to the candle

as always a very good restaurant, food does not disappoint a quality of the best and an exceptional service. I eat it highly only that prices I see them very high up to this restaurant like cocktails at 26 euros and a small bottle of water with gas in 12 euros. But it's worth the food.

I just knew that one of the best japanese restaurant is open in Paris by a Japanese celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The food was very good like the other Nobu restaurants. One of my favorites are black cod saikyo yaki. If you come earlier, it's not busy yet, maybe the service could be better.

always excellent!superb quality of products but flat on quality of service. the very average reception. We had 5 different servers, two of which were slightly light in their behaviors and their ways of expressing themselves. Finally, a continuous noise of a machine on the bar side, disturbing.Not worthy of such a prestigious place to correct!

tested early August during a professional lunch. A pleasant summer terrace to enjoy lunch in a quiet and green setting. Excellent meal with unique flavors, perfectly mastered dishes and sending you to the country of the rising sun. Unparalleled service based on servers, from the smiling and efficient server to the inexperienced and nonchalant server.

This restaurant has a really nice interior and atmosphere. The menu reminds of Nobu. We tried various types of sushi, all great quality, both classic combinations and some more innovative ones. Service level was high and attentive. Prices for food was ok but 22 euro for a glass of a pretty regular white wine was a bit over the top. But all in all a great place and I highly recomend to go here when in Paris.

the atmosphere: between the heart hall and the cozy palace, the service: pulls 4 pins even if you are directed a little too to the expensive flats of the card, the food: attention c is crazy, explosion of flavors, inedit agreements, but there is forcibly one but: the prices, it is delirant, out of price, indecent, almost shamefully expensive. tapas has 90 euros , toro sashimis (red tuna) has the piece , a slice : 18 euros (the price of a whole fish ) ....

big Asian food amateur I had a huge heartburn for this restaurant! the room is beautiful and modern and the excellent reception. for what is food, well I had rarely eaten as well! a wonderful presentation for fresh and quality products. perfect chords and tastes. whether it was fish or meat it was succulent and there was nothing to say. and a nice tip of originality for dessert! I don't often have the opportunity to go to this kind of restaurant but I'd remember that meal and hope to go back there someday!

Everything was good. No more. to have the great privilege of eating Japanese once a week for years in an exceptional place (kakinuma in knee,) I can say that matsuhisa is in the upper average, no more. very classic nigiri and makki, elastic algae. quality products (this is a minimum.) black cod full of edges (I had the apologies of the server and the flat offered what is appreciated but it shouldn't happen). Beautiful place but big flat on the service too young and especially much too busy. We're coming to relax for lunch and all the waiters run, it's pretty painful. To crown it all, the wine map is years light of what is right to expect from a 5* hotel palace (where I stayed elsewhere). In...
