What a find! Amazing food and craft beer what more can you ask for. The BBQ Dirty fries were sensational I could eat them all day. The staff are really on the ball and make you feel very welcome. I will be back.

Tuesday is burgerabend! I had only expected a normal average for the price. no! it was amazing, really delicious burger and loaded french. amazing beer too. good place to catch friends on a weekday as it is not too busy. highly recommended.

not only were the staff very responsive and friendly, but eating was absolutely delicious and presented amazing, despite the liveliness the atmosphere was great and the location in the center of southsea really would be added to the whole wide 100% recomend Speisekarte ansehen

One of my favourite local gourmet burger places, if not number 1. Such good every time and I'm obsessed with the blue cheese sauce! Great selection of craft ales and IPAs as well. Some super high percentage beers which left me almost forgetting which way home was. Will always be back for more.

My family and I went for dinner on Saturday evening (20 Aug). The food and beer were really good and enjoyed by all our group. The surroundings were comfortable and we were made to feel welcome. I was especially impressed by the actions of the team who replaced my nephews meal without fuss after he accidentally dropped his plate. A really nice touch which made a nice experience even better. Thank you, we will be back.

Before my partner and I set off back to oxford, we stop here for a bite to eat for the long journey. The food was amazing, full of flavour, position size was more than for to finish. we tried didn't want to waste food. The service was great, quick, friendly. just the way I like it. I didn't catch the guys name who serviced us, but he had blonde hair and cool Black Boots! ^ ^ can't wait to visit Southsea again, will be coming back here again. Speisekarte ansehen

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and taken to our table. We ordered some drinks: a Blue Moon garnished with an orange slice, and a glass of white wine. For our meal, we had the Barrel Burger, which featured a double patty, double American cheese, bacon, onion rings, pickles, and barrel BBQ sauce, all served with fries. We also tried the vegan knacker, which included a southern-fried vegan filet and vegan "cheeks." Everything was delicious!

A superb lunch of chicken wings with an assortment of dips, really nice chips and a draft Indian pale ale. Phew! I was afterwards almost busting. Went for a walk for an hour and returned for dessert. A local dairy farm supplying their ice cream. It was so nice, I would have asked for seconds but by now, I'm loosening the belt on my trousers. The service was excellent. Entered and was given a menu but I went to the bar to admire their offerings. Undecided about the ale, the laddie give me a taster, now that is what I call real service. Having sat down to read the menu, i let the staff see that I was ready to eat. and he stopped his jobs, came and took my order and served it soon afterwards pi...

I had a fantastic lunch featuring chicken wings accompanied by a variety of dips, along with some delicious chips and a delightful Indian lager. Wow! I was nearly full after that. I decided to take a stroll for an hour before indulging in dessert at a local milk farm that serves their own ice cream. It was so lovely that I almost asked for seconds, but I had to loosen my belt afterward! The service was outstanding. When I entered, I was promptly given a menu, but I wandered over to the bar to check out their offerings.
