I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was fresh and hot, and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The food had a chemical taste and was not fresh. There were not many options available and I was extremely disappointed. The staff was unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

absolutely fantastic can't fault nothing we have used Michael's on a number of occasions value for money well wrapped an delivery always on time I would say tho it takes upto 50 mins but it's all fresh so well worth the wait would highly recommend Speisekarte ansehen

Arrived after an hour of ordering, i get that they can get busy but no apology whatsoever. Food was cold, stale onions, burnt naan bread. I had a cabbage leaf on the kebab and the delivery driver wandered off without giving me my change despite me already paying £4 extra for delivery. I used to order from here regularly I will never use it again.

I had a rare chance to go out without the kids and decided to try this restaurant since I hadn't been in a while. They offer an all-you-can-eat buffet for £14.50 per person, which is cheaper Monday to Thursday. There were plenty of options for mains, as usual, and since there weren't many people in the restaurant, there was always a good selection to choose from. The garlic naan bread was especially delicious.

We found this restaurant on a walk about, what a surprise, the place was virtually empty and we were directed to a large corner table. Our server John took our drinks order and gave us plenty of time to choose our food, we had chicken dhansak, chicken khari, 2 rice, saag aloo, tarka dhal and a naan the food was excellent and plenty of it, the total price all for less than £40 great value . I’ve had many a take away from this place I just can’t fault it Gina behind the ‘ bar counter ‘ presently only doing take away orders I think is brilliant she can’t do enough for you The food is always Tasty red hot I hate look warm food I wish we could go back to the Buffet style though but for now the take away will have to surface I can only think that maybe some of the IF THERE are any bad reviews are other business bad mouthing I do feel sorry for them as they spent hundreds of thousands saving an historic building and turning it into modern structure Indonhopenthey can keep going until this ‘ scam/pandemic is over On a minus though I did find the other branch not quite as good .... get...

we ordered a takeaway this evening and never again! at no point when ordering were we told how long it would take. An hour after ordering i called to see where it was and was told it would be here within 10-15mins, a further 22 mins later i called back to be told the driver will be with me any min and hed knock a fiver off my bill.as the driver passed me the food i asked if he had just left the shop as the boxes were cold, he said no he hadnt so clearly hes been driving around with it in his boot hence the wait!! .i take the food inside and not only is it cold as suspected but there is also a kebab missing!!. called back to be told oh the manager will bring you one out asap....errrrm i dont...

i placed an online order on at 5.05 and i later rang over an hour later to the n be paased over the phone t another man who then went into kitchen to check the order to be told that the order has been sent out and be here in a minute .Even though the man had no clue what i was talking about he couldnt even get the adress right never mind an oder .then about three hours later the order come and i sent the driver away no way should you have to wait that ammount of time to get an order and then when you do try and ring them the phone is constantly engaged them mentions being diverted thats really bad for a company .how on earth can u say that a order is on the way then have no clue pure lies re...
