Orla served us, She was very attentive and polite. We enjoyed the chateaubriand sharer and a fillet but unfortunately not the t-bone. We brought up the issue with Orla and she kindly offered another option as she could see my partners son was not enjoying it. The cocktails were very good we enjoyed the Christmas cocktails too.

The food at this restaurant was decent, although somewhat predictable. My steak was cooked more rare than I had ordered it to be. The service was pleasant, but I would appreciate less scripted chat such as "how are we?". The prosecco served was disappointingly flat, and it should have been noted by both the server and the pourer. I found it odd that couples were seated next to large family groups when there was plenty of room to avoid this.

Today was our fourth time visiting. We had the pleasure of being served by Dawn. The service she provided was second to none. She couldn't do enough for us. We went along with our 2 children who both have additional needs and she was so patient, and understanding. Then there's the food. I'm yet to find something that isn't great. All 3 courses were amazing, and the prices are good, too. All of these things together just made for a great experience. Highly recommended!
