Miss Ying Thai Food Shop

Fresh, cosy, feeling of home, super serivce minded and great food! We are travelling thorugh and very happy we found this place to eat!

I had an unexpected visit to Miss Ying and was pleasantly surprised by the great food, which had just the right amount of spice. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this charming little restaurant.

Don't be put off by the outside appearance of the building .. the dishes we ordered were perfectly wonderful, not overcooked, spicy but not overpowering and with a generous amount of chicken, duck and vegetables. Great service, great value for money Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and attentive, with a great sense of humor and kindness. The meals I've tried have been delicious and well portioned. I especially love their Mango Milkshakes. We've visited multiple times and look forward to our next visit. Keep up the great work!

This is a small family run business from what would have been an old high street shop we do not know the family personally apart from eating in and Regular takeaways…… all I can say is that having visited and experienced RN ail and multiple times we have ate most things on this menu do not have a complaint it is what it is

We have used Miss Ying's every weekend for over 4 years. It was closed for a month of February 2023 OK they deserved a good holiday but it has not reopened and I am GUTTED. We have been spoilt as we have tried most of the other Chippers, Chinese and Indians in Dingwall and Evanton over the past two months and they are dismal in comparison. The Thai takeaway was a huge dissapointment. Nothing like Thai food at all. The duck was rubbery, completely tasteless, like it had been heated up served on loads of cabbage with a watery sauce. My husbands chicken curry was awful, with hardly any chicken and a whole onion covered in green curry sauce which was very unappetising. All in all, the worst Thai meal we have ever had and we will not be back.

We had a delicious meal here on Saturday night , so glad we had booked a table in advance , it was so busy with takeaways people coming in and out , expertly managed by the cheerful staff , it's a wee gem , a restaurant, shop and takeaway in one , we had four dishes, spoiling ourselves,each one fresh and tasty ,so nice and individually seasoned and flavoured, we will definitely go there again ,even though it's 150 miles from home!! And also very reasonably priced ,no wonder it was busy

Miss Ying's is a gem of a restaurant that showcases what can be accomplished in a small space. Their menu may be compact, but it is filled with a diverse range of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are expertly prepared with passion and skill. In my opinion, Miss Ying's is hands down the best dining option in the area. Even simple dishes like the spring rolls and prawn toast are taken to a whole new level here, and the satay sauce is absolutely fantastic. As someone who is in town for work, I am truly disappointed that I won't be able to enjoy food like this back home. While typical Chinese, Indian, and kebab takeout options may be popular, they can often feel repetitive.... Speisekarte ansehen
