Mountain View - Speisekarte

This has always been our favourite take away restaurant, but on this occasion we decided to eat in and we're very glad we did. If anything the food was even better: fresh, good portion sizes, varied. Service was excellent.

I recently dined at this restaurant and my group thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. It was a great value for the price. We didn't opt for the buffet, but all of our dishes came out piping hot. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Came to try the Sunday Buffet and it did not disappoint. A really good selection of options with a good mix of vegetarian dishes on top of some classic like Chicken Tikka, pakoras etc. Food was all fresh and fresh Nan Breads bought to table. Wonderful! The refurbishment looks amazing; spacious, stylish, subtle and very classy. Very impressive menu, just the right amount of choice with one or two non-Indian classic dishes to cater for all tastes. And of course the Chicken Ashwairya (I’m sure I’ve spelt that wrong! was delicious Very highly recommended.

We stopped for a quick bite to eat on a sunny Tuesday evening. The lamb samosas were lovely, the prawn purée was delicious. To follow we had lamb sag and chicken tikka masala with Keenan naan and rice. The curries were lovely and the naan was perfect. The service was nice and welcoming, and the restaurant had a good number of diners for a Tuesday evening.

The food here is amazing, we had such a great meal on Sunday, the portions were great and so was the service and presentation of the food. We had enough to take home and eat today too. Highly recommend the garlic and chilli curry and the sag. After a while the music did start to repeat, but that was my only observation of where I was slightly unhappy. We’re originally from the UK visiting approx once a year from Australia. Last year we had a terrible Indian take away experience from a restaurant at 5 ways, new eltham. This time we ordered from Mountain View in Chislehurst ordering delivery via their website. The food arrived promptly and we enjoyed all of the dishes. All very tasty and good value in our opinion. Would certainly recommend.

First time we have been here since the refurb. Restaurant was lovely and warm when we entered which suited me. Had a cosy booth seat by the window. New decor nice but they do need to clean up the window ledge. Food was great and service very attentive. We were offered a complimentary drink after settling our bill but we were short on time. I suggested they deducted one of our drinks instead but not possible? There should be an alternative to extra alcohol eg discount voucher for use on future takeaway? Anyway good experience overall.

My partner and I went out for a date night at this restaurant this week. Even though we had dined here before, we noticed that they had recently undergone a refurbishment. We have always liked the food here, and this visit was no different. The refurbishment has really transformed the restaurant into a more upscale setting with a great new look. The atmosphere feels more spacious and the decor adds to the overall fancy ambiance. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were very generous.
