Excellent value and great food. Don't go if you want flashy interior go for good value no nonsense tasty food.

love it! we've been on the road for 20 years and it's always great. reasonable prices, bring their own bottle, prime decor everything makes for a friendly big eat. it is not posh but its fantastic!

We’ve been eating in here for years, taking along our own wine and beer. Food consistently great particularly the salt and chilli dishes. Not a glamorous setting but excellent cheap food and polite service.

Should now be called Mrs Wrongs , used be the best Chinese restaurant for miles around with fantastic staff and food. It’s changed hands we gave it another go recently after a dismal meal but it’s now a tragedy. Avoid.

Lovely Place. We've been there thrice in the last 2 weeks with family and friends. The atmosphere is warm and cosy and the staff are really friendly probably the first chinese restaurant ive been to with friendly staff . The food is to the mark and my favourite is the squid in salt and chilly...simply delicious. Will be there soon again. :

has been eating for 15 years with woman wongs, consistently good eating and good value for money. yum yum, crispy duck, although always have to order extra pancakes. when they visit to eat, they can get through the primordial decoration and the proximity to their bite, but not, the food good and it brings their own so good value. friendly service.

We were there on the after a long delibaration to try the food after the restaurant changed owners. Wow, we were in for a shocking expeience. Everything what could go wrong went wrong. Atmosphere nil! No warm welcome from staff. Menues on laminated sheets???...Service slow and with no attention to the paying guest. Food arrived cold and tasteless. We paid cash, as this is the only option and left hungry and very disappointed. What has happened to this once so well established restaurant? Such a shame. Will never be back. not worth the money.

It's the first time I've been to Mrs Wong's but it certainly won't be the last. It's not licensed so you can bring your own drink if you want or have a soft drink or Chinese tea which is what I had. The atmosphere is homely, and relaxing and everyone seemed to be having a great time. The star though is the food, it's really delicious and well cooked. We had battered squid to start with and it's the best squid I've eaten, the batter was light and crispy and the squid was tender and just melted in the mouth. The duck was also tasty and well cooked. For mains we had ribs, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, and beef chow mein. All these dishes were cooked to perfection it's obvious that the...
