Posto bellissimo, piatti deliziosi con prodotti del posto e stagionali con un servizio impeccabile, completi veramente.

This place is a Gem. The owner Johnathan was very warm and welcoming. He took his time explaining the menu to us. The food, wow it was amazing. Everything was fresh and from his garden. His wife is the chef and we were lucky to meet her and thank her for her delicious food. Her dessert are out of this world!

If I could give 1000 stars, I would! The best dishes I've tried in my life! The tuna fish with ice cream and homemade butter, yummmmmy, veggie burger great, and this dessert ice cream in white chocolate. EVERYTHING is homemade, chef is amazing, and his wife also. What an amazing restaurant! We had the antipasti, followed by pici el giardino and some tortellini. Also the cheesecake was good. The people are friendly, the food is very good. The best we had in Italy in multiple years. Prices are low for what they offer. All fresh. Also they have beers from a local brewery. The gate is closed in the evening. But if you ring a bell they open up the gate. It’s really worth visiting.

What a spot! Inside the gorgeous gardens and sculpture park unassuming looking place that completely surprised us. The food was excellent. I mean it! Pastas, beef tartare, veg soup, panzenella salad and tuna with ice cream! I was hesitant but absolutely delicious. We all loved our food. Everything was lovingly prepared and served by the welcoming young family that owns the restaurant. Make a small detour and experience this hidden gem.

First off, let me say that Jonathan and Chiara are amazing humans. We came very late and they made us welcome... with smiles! This meal was one of my Top 3 meals of all time! With the attention paid to the smallest details, the quality and passion infused in the food, it all adds up to an unforgettable experience! From appetizer to dessert and wine pairings... fantastic!! I truly thank them for sharing their expertise and passions. If you can... go here... eat... and take in the wonderful surroundings, a combination of beautiful grounds, art and sculpture. Talvolta quando si ha la sincera volontà di fare una recensione che non ha, a mio giudizio e della mia famiglia insieme a me, alcun punto negativo, può sembrare adulazione. Non è così, perchè in una splendida giornata di sole, immersi in uno stupendo parco naturale, nonchè artistico, un pranzo eccellente, non può essere che il naturale completamento. Ottime pietanze, ottimi consigli dal simpaticissimo Jonathan, dolci gustosissimi, vino locale piacevole, costo abbordabilissimo e servizio senza sbavature. Mi fermo perchè ripeto potrei sembrare troppo edulcorato nel giudizio. Posso dire solo provatelo: mi darete ragione. Sicuro noi torneremo....

Eccellente ristorante scoperto quasi per caso lungo il nostro tragitto. Abbiamo pranzato e dico solo che siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che abbiamo prenotato anche la cena. Ricerca di qualità delle materie prime, ricerca dei gusti e dei sapori, ottime presentazioni e ingredienti differenti, nuovi, con diversi sapori ed accostamenti mai assaggiati. Ottimo cibo e prezzi assolutamente in linea. Complimenti a tutto il personale che saputo benissimo gestire il locale anche in assenza dei titolari (anzi speriamo che sia sopraggiunto il lieto evento, . Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione (ampio parcheggio , e la location molto semplice ma di gusto. Tutto fatto in casa ma senza cadere nell’ovvi...

Posto e cibo magici, il ristorante è immerso nel giardino di Daniel Spoerri, Jonathan ed il suo staff gestiscono questa piccola chicca nel comune di Seggiano utilizzando i prodotti della loro terra ed in particolare del loro orto, un esempio i pici con zucchini e caprini davvero superlativi con un essenza di olio al limone che rendeva il piatto unico, abbiamo provato inoltre tagliatelle con crema al tartufo dove pur non essendoci le scaglie di tartufo il sapore di quest'ultimo era ben distinto e presente. L' antipasto di vari sfizi comprendeva bignè con crema di piselli, bruschettine vari gusti ed altre piccole chicche tutte buone e vegane. Ma il piatto che è rimasto impresso nella nostra me...
