"A superb Slow Food culinary experience with Laura Ciacci and chef Filippo in Rieti's Le Tre Porte. Just arrive in Rieti from Modena where we ate at Bottura's restaurant and to be totally honest our experience at Le Tre Porte was warmer, intimate and just as good in terms of a culinary experience. Laura spearhead’s an all women community cooperative to help build the future capacity of the territory in Rieti. Idea based on food-tourism~culture and social model. Laura started the first major project related to agricultural, to include and involve many small local producers. The philosophy and food were equally outstanding. Was given a 30% discount for eating lunch on Monday. What a value !!!!!"

"cortese e servizio di casa. buona scelta di piatti di pesce, con menu interessanti. Consiglio l'antipasto del capitano, fresco e molto vario! ci siamo trascinati dal menu fuori, piccole orecchie con vongole, pinoli, olive e ottimi bietolas, fatti a mano, ma salati, mentre le fettuccine con carciofi, gamberi e guance erano buone, ma la guancia non era solo prezzi eccellenti e porzioni enormi! Vino, 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 1 dessert, acqua e caffè: 73 eurolo consiglio!"

"in search of a place to eat, on Sunday holiday trip, we found this place that really conquered us. really great food and abundant portions. good wine too. friendly and helpful staff. pleasant surprise also the excellent value for money! respected anti covid norms. availability also of some table outside, but it is definitely better to book, considering that the room is not too big. local also very nice and pleasant music of background. we will definitely return and recommend it absolutely"

"we discovered this place on the advice of the owner of the restaurant a hundred goto percent, that unfortunately Saturday night could not welcome us. I probably wouldn't have chosen it if I had passed in front of it, I would have feared a precooked kitchen for small tourists, perhaps for the bistro name reminding me of the bad bar / hot table of my student pari wassmus. nothing further from reality: well maintained local, but not in my style, given the space rendered with too many materials (brick, stone and wood) of different styles (original terracotta floor combined with external tiles and wooden boards covered by a large Persian simil carpet) with a thousand nymnoli and scattered furnishings; fairly courteous staff, a bit of rush seen the perhaps unexpected covers; high-level kitchen! we took a risotto with the cream of scampi for 2, nice tasty but however delicate, soft and mantecato, perhaps too much to the tooth for my goits but for the goto nothing to say. to follow a ton cut with pistachio and acacia honey (perfect kitchen, beautiful pink and soft cut inside) lower roast with potatoes and tomatoes in the oven (juicy fish for nothing dry, with crispy and aromatic contour). all in more abundant and well presented portions. honest prices for quality and quantity (including coffee and water we paid 70euro round) great location (in the middle but slightly laid down by chaos) and relaxing atmosphere. we will definitely return to get the other menu proposals and try the delicious desserts we saw on the tables of other customers. recommended!"

"Come immaginavamo, ottimo cibo, ottimo il servizio e ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo preferito scegliere la degustazione che, di fatto, abituati ad altri ristoranti, non lo era, in quanto i piatti erano 'normali '. Di sicuro torneremo."
