"We went a few weeks ago for afternoon as we had a voucher to use. I found the booking process a bit difficult at the start as I emailed them online requesting the booking and had to chase it to get it sorted. They then emailed me back asking of any allergies etc and we asked for no cheese sandwiches but when we got the afternoon tea cheese sandwiches were on the plates. We did find the food really really good though, very nice and lots of it. Had to take some home! Would definitely recommend it. We will go back and try other items as they had a great list of food on the menu if you didn't want afternoon tea. Fantastic place I would go give it a try!"

"Me and my wife popped in on new years eve for some lunch. We ordered to start the five spice ribs (way too much 5 spice it was overpowering), oyster mushrooms (which were great! Super crispy and tasty), mains we ordered bahn mi and breakfast burrito which were both great but nothing really ground breaking for a restaurant (we have traveled to loads of vegan restaurants all over the UK) we ordered a side of sweet potato fries which were great! They were super crispy and had a nice coating and we also ordered mac and cheese at £5.50 which really wasn 't worth the money it was totally tasteless and super watery never have I had a bad mac and cheese like that before. It needed more cheese and some salt and cracked black pepper wouldn 't of gone a miss! I did complain to the waitress who said well I like it so not interested one bit in customer feedback which is really poor. I have had vegan mac and cheese at other places that were amazing. I think the thing that annoys me most is my complaint was brushed off by the waitress and even after I complained it was still on the bill! I paid it and left but won 't be returning"

"We had a table booked for 7:15pm and to their credit, the staff allowed us to purchase drinks from a nearby place as we were a bit late. There were four of us and the restaurant was empty except for a couple at the table next to us. We opted to skip starters and were served poppadoms promptly. However, our main meals were not served until 9:15pm. Throughout the wait, the staff kept assuring us that our food would be ready "in 5 minutes", which turned out to be a lot longer. It was evident that they were prioritizing takeout orders over us. We considered leaving a few times and looking back, I'm surprised we didn't. It was disappointing because the food was good and we've had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor and we will not be returning."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"

"We have never visited Benedictos in person but ordered a takeaway last night via JustEat. The food arrived really quickly but that was the only positive unfortunately. We ordered a mozzarella garlic bread and whilst the middle was nice, the edges were completely burnt and...inedible. We also ordered lasagna for the main dish and again, one of these portions was incredibly burnt. It was also swimming in a very salty tomato-based sauce. The onion rings and fries as sides were ok. We were really disappointed with our food not cheap either at £35. We wouldn’t recommend Benedictos and won’t be ordering for delivery or visiting the restaurant."
