Orterie Stazzona cosa si può aggiungere ??? Locale impeccabile , cucina interessante , gestione fantastica, è un locale che ti entusiasma..!!! Non sono una persona che amo le lodi , ma gestivo una vineria a Morbegno e posso aggiungere solo una considerazione sono veramente professionali consigliatissimo...!!

absolutely delicious and a solid for the senses. we spent New Year's celebration in orterie after a full weekend with snowboard and could not have been happier. they make them so welcome and are super friendly! each meal was prepared with such attention on details. Even for those who generally eat meat, we were very surprised how everything was very delicious. I am lactose intolerant and they also prepared some great vegan options for me. 1000% would recommend.

Un esplosione di sapori, di odori, di vini magnifici e un ospitalità che sa di famiglia. Essere ospito di Rie e Francesco è un esperienza che va fatta. Se si passa di qua, meglio prenotare e venire ad assaggiare questa cucina Giapponese fusa con i frutti dell loro orto e della loro esperienza. Ogni assaggio ti rende soddisfatto e felice. L’occhio viene appagato e poi lo è pure il palato. Non so cosa altro dire ma ho fotografato e assaggiato migliaia di pitti ma questi erano i più belli e i più buoni e sopratutto i più particolari! Ristorante di cucina vegetariana/vegana di impronta giapponese. Le pietanze vengono cucinate, come spiega il maitre, quasi totalmente con prodotti coltivati nell'orto del ristorante, pertanto seguono la stagionalità e sono assolutamente genuini.All'interno delle pietanze si avverte perfettamente la cura che la chef Rie mette nelle sue creazioni. Si può scegliere il menu completo o il menu ridotto (privo di antipasto e secondo piatto), ma in entrambi i casi ci si alzerà dalla tavola sazi e senza aver rimpianto l'assenza della carne.Il sushi vegetale è eccellente e la salsa di zenzero al nero di seppia è veramente buona. I dolci, buoni anche loro.Un'esperienza molto particolare da consigliare...

this is a lovely small family business. we enjoyed eating here and all the experience. this is a long dinner option, and they don't have to worry about getting out; they can sit and take their time. the owners helped us to book a taxi to them (we were in the opposite only for a day and not familiar with the transport) and we were accommodated at 9 o'clock. we found the whole experience very charming. the cost is 45 or 60 euro depending on what they order. this is probably the most expensive meal I have ever got, but in my opinion it is worth it for the more hour tasting experience. the man was a very friendly and endearing host and server. they had no problem with us being vegan. 10/10 would...

Dònguri in Japanese means acorn which is the symbol of eternal love and hospitality. In retrospect I would say that it is no coincidence that it is the Orterie logo. Orterie tells of a journey and an idea of cooking, of family and dedication. It seems like you are actually entering the house of Rie and Francesco (chef and dining room, respectively an entrance that takes you to the middle of Japan or even Friuli (I lost count of the bottles of Gravner then I discovered that in the cellar you can reach up to those of the 80s! and many other corners of the world see also wine list.
