Everything was perfect! The location super sweet, the owner and the personal very friendly and welcoming! The food was really delicious, the portions appropriate and the price fair for quality! The dishes of the day were a must try! A visit is definitely worth to this paradise of taste:

We called to book in advance as it was full on a weekday evening. The owners were super friendly and passionate about their food. We ordered the funghi tagliatelle, carbonara and risotto with bone marrow beef. All were so good, for me the Carbonara was heavenly! The local red wine was also very good, just the right mix of taste. This restaurant was in a alley and they have a beautiful garden terrace especially in this beautiful summer weather. Very recommended and we come back!

I saw all the 5 star ratings and decided do go there. Yes I'm in love with italy but this is truly gem hidden in Dongo. The manager and his staff was extremely friendly and helpful and gave good suggestions about the food choices. Local dishes with local wine was a perfect match and the small patio inside the place just made it perfect. Even if we had to go there on a scooter in the poring rain I would definitely do it again. Make sure to make a reservation as the tables are limited.

We had dinner at Osteria del Bumbardin at the first night we stayed in Dongo. And we were so impressed by the kitchen we came back on the second night. The interior is simple and the menu has local food about 5 appetizers and 5 main courses plus desserts. Just what you expect from a classic Easter. Classic and local fresh food. It is not very cheap, but price-value ratio is perfect. Every food we had was perfect! The owner and his son? most of the service runs are both super friendly and make yourself welcome and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and return! Speisekarte ansehen
