Papa John's Pizza - Speisekarte

Definitely worth the price. Had a small mix-up ordering online for delivery instead of pick up, but I called and they fixed it without any issues. The pizzas were perfect, hot and delicious. A great treat night, will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

The pizza bases were soft doughy, not how I like my pizza bases, the tomato base sauce had so much sugar added I couldn't eat it, the toppings were sparse in a nutshell pretty vile food when I called to complain I spoke to the manager who just gave me sheer lip down the phone, the first last time I buy from there ,

Regularly stay in Hull for business and have tried most restaurants and takeaways. As it was a miserable rainy night I thought I would order In. Ordered through Deliveroo and was given a time of 8.05pm.called shop and they said they were busy but order was on The road. Order arrived at 8.50pm and was stone cold. Worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered the medium Vegan Chilli Freak. When I got home I found that most of the toppings were missing. Just cheese sauce and a few Jalapeno. On phoning to complain the assistant showed no concern and just said they'd run out of toppings. No replacement or refund was offered. I will never be returning to this establishment. OVER PRICED AND OVER RATED CRAPA JOHN'S. Also none of the staff were wearing face masks especially the girl making the bases.

We ordered takeaway from here in January. We had a half and half stuffed crust pizza: Chicken club and hawaiian, special garlic dips, garlic and herb dip, bbq chicken wings and garlic cheese sticks. There was a 50% off £30 spend, we ended up paying £19.66. All of the food was tasty as always, but there was no hand sanisiter available in store for customers, none of the staff were wearing face masks either. It doesn't exactly make you feel like the place is covid secure. The parking is quite limited too.

Terrible experience! Our pizzas arrived late and missing pepperoni, with no dip as ordered. The delivery guy was rude when asked about the dip, and the manager on the phone was dismissive. When offered to send the wrong pizza with pepperoni, it would have arrived cold. The overall service was disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid this place and opt for Dominos instead. There was no offer to refund the missing dip, which is a breach of contract. It seems like there may be a new manager in charge, and if so, they should be replaced before all customers are lost. Ordered a deal (NO PROBLEM WITH FOOD QUALITY whilst working only to find I had been charged for a different deal ! Rang the next day to query with manager whom told me I was talking silly and if I could find the deal I had said id ordered on the website he would give me free pizzas for life !!!! Threatened me with the police !!!! WELL SIR !! When do my free pizzas start ?? The whole point of ringing was to discuss the overcharge but I was basically told I was wrong and silly and was constantly talked over and unable to speak to him ! Very condascending ,arrogant and rude !If you are the mansger you should be ashamed of ur attitude ! STAY CLEAR !

Horrible service. Had an issue with the order and the manager who wouldn 't even give me their first name was shouting at me and talking over me not allowing me to actually say what the issue was. Talking down to me and actually left me shaking and in tears after the phone call. Order there all the time but won 't be now as it 's probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I 'm not usually one to complain and just had a small issue that needed sorting that was escalated greatly by the staff member. Didn 't even complain previously when they gave us real cheese instead of dairy free with an allergy and this could have been reported. Staff members attitude was aggressive immed...

I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past, but tonight's experience was the worst. The pizza was delivered an hour late, lukewarm, missing toppings (which were supposed to be standard, not extra), and the dip was also missing. The delivery driver was rude and unhelpful when we asked about the missing dip. I called the restaurant to complain and spoke to a friendly employee who apologized. They spoke to the manager, who said they would remake the pizza with the missing toppings and bring the dip. The manager was unable to speak with us for some reason.
