Ordered 2 pizzas at 7 pm delivery driver turns up with entirely wrong order 30 mins later entirely understandable mistake but phoning the shop all you get is sorry ! Replacement Pizzas still not here at 840! No offer of cash back, voucher or any type of compensation Poorest delivery company I have experienced

I don’t order from anyone else ...I get the vegan works and my husband gets the cheese tomato pizza with anchovies as an extra topping . Even the vegan works is preferred by my vegetarian friend because it’s so good ! Great pizzas , great service , great take away ! Thank you Pappa Johns your pizzas are truly delicious especially the vegan ones !

I ordered 2 large pizza over the phone. I thought they said £22.95 but when it turned up it was 29.95. I thought that was expensive so rang them up and queried but they said it was right. So I went online and checked, you can get 2 large pizzas and two sides for £25.95 or three large pizzas for 9.99 each. My advise make sure you check the prices online or current offer before ordering as from my experience they don't know there own offers Speisekarte ansehen

I used to think Papa John's were the best takeaway pizza but the last few purchase have really changed my view. I live about 5 mins away from the takeaway so you could argue I should have picked up but the last 3 deliveries have been over an hour since ordering, 1 order turned up stone cold and I was too hungry to argue, another was missing garlic bread and the 3rd turned up complete but given it was so late I have decided not to use them again. Not sure if they've changed managers recently but the place has really gone down hill.

I ordered a pizza on line, it said it would be delivered at 20:14, at 20:30 I rang them asking if there was a problem and was told the driver has left and will be with me soon. 15 minutes later it was still not delivered. I rang again, said it was five minutes away. At 21:00 the shop called apologising, saying they were short staffed blah blah blah! Just totally incompetent (IMHO) and misleading. I had already paid by credit card so I couldn't cancel or refuse the delivery. Google says 1.2 miles five minute drive, even if you double it to ten minutes is still a total joke, it arrived at 21:30.

Ordered online via justeat. Within 10 minutes, I received a call asking me for my phone number; so I asked for confirmation that they had received the order and had the delivery address which they confirmed they did. The girl on the phone asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager/ supervisor repeatedly asked for my phone number without any explanation as to why they needed it (probably so they can harass me with marketing text messages) other than “we need it for the order”. I declined to provide it, so he asked if I still wanted the order which I confirmed I did. The order then arrived over 1 hour after the order was placed, only for the driver to then say he had the wrong orde... Speisekarte ansehen
