Absolutely terrible last time here ago next time never the food not cooked right all ding food for a head much better with fresh food and cheaper not far from this dump

Fantastic fresh carvery with proper Yorkshire’s and proper gravy. Delicious meats and a great range of fresh veg. This place is better than the chains and is cheaper too!

Very nice fresh tasting food made with care. Polite fast serivce and the two chefs who were serving carvery (dom and Jimmy) excellent crack and banter. Made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be back soon Speisekarte ansehen

Stayed here mny times. Great friendly staff. Such a warm welcome. OMG the food is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. Great rooms although I am sure we had a friendly ghost. Thankyou Park hotel staff for clean airy rooms. Well done everyone.

We were unable to book into the carvery so we got a bar meal. We had the roast, wow this must be the best roast dinner i have had away from home, lots of veg and lovely gravy. Another of our party had steak and...ale pie, which he said was fabulous.

Visited this lunchtime with friends service was excellent as was the food I had the beef which was delicious. Great value for money even greater with the present discount scheme this is my second visit this month) Will certainly be coming back...as one of the best restaurants in this area well done staff Speisekarte ansehen

Just had a fantastic takeaway from the park hotel. We got a meal deal of parmos and burger for The parmos were massive and excellently cooked,chips were delicious and a lovely homemade salad and a generous portion of the obligatory garlic sauce....The burger looked nice. Thank you park hotel for an excellent takeaway.

Went to The Park Hotel as part of the government’s scheme everything was well organised we were met at the door by a polite and friendly waitress who showed us to our table. We had got our drinks from the bar when we first arrived,...the waitress took our food order I usually go for the carvery as it is always excellent but this time I went for the hot shot parmo two more in our party went for parmo’s a standard one and a peperoni one my wife however chose the carvery. The carvery has changed now you chose your meat then another server puts your veg on your plate and you collect it at the end of the counter I must say it looked very nice and my wife confirmed it was. Decided to go out for tea but had the usual problem of where to go been there, nothing on menu I like etc but then remembered The Park Hotel that does a carvery plus a fairly good menu so thought we would give it a...try. On arrival I noticed it had been refurbished since I was last there it looked very smart we got our drinks and went through to the restaurant a friendly waitress soon appeared to take our order the carvery was set out and looked very nice so of us went for the course tea time special a starter or sweet plus a carvery, and one of us went off the main menu choosing sausage and mash.
