found this prestige place over the fork and booked a 60. b 'day for my beast. It's about the Japanese Mexican merger. The menu fails to give the food a mouth feeling. . The cocktails were a little hit and missed, and I tried a high ball that ignited the previous sparkles.

try it the place is beautiful and the ambiente amazing. Actually, I was expecting a lot more of their food. we tried the taste menu and it was just good, nothing really special. the service was really good, we were served by an Italian girl who was beautiful and really helpful.

We had a lovely birthday dinner here and opted for the omakase, which features six courses. I particularly enjoyed the starter, especially the salmon tartare and the beef dish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing service that deserves more than five stars. Overall, everything was great, except for the baby chicken and the dish with the sauce, which I found a bit salty for my taste. Speisekarte ansehen

The food and drinks were exceptional, and the service was truly outstanding, deserving of seven stars. The attentiveness of John and Pasquale was unmatched. Satheesh, the head chef, even came out to greet us, and we were grateful for his 26 years of experience, originally trained at Oberoi, which culminated in a perfect five-course meal for Christmas. This was an unforgettable experience, and we feel so fortunate to have had it.

We opted for the Omakase experience, which features their six-course signature tasting menu. The salmon tartare and beef tataki were outstanding. Although the final four dishes were delicious, they didn't reach the same level as the first two. We also enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a carafe of wine, bringing our total to around £190. While this is on the pricier side, it was in line with what I expected from a restaurant in such a vibrant atmosphere, especially being located within a five-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with Mark, who served us most of the time, deserving special mention.

When I looked at the menu on-line after this restaurant being recommended to us I wasn’t blown away by the menu, in fact I wasn’t sure I wanted to go. However, glad we did as the experience was fantastic. The waiting staff were excellent and took care of every little detail. The food was lovely and full of flavour. I would definitely go back. The reason I have given it 4/5 rather then a full five is due to the choice on the menu, and I’m also not sure if the Mexican and Japanese fusion works. It’s almost like the Mexican is an afterthought as most of the offer is Japanese. It was quite pricey too but definitely delicious. Speisekarte ansehen
