"We had a pleasant walk and were excited for a nice lunch afterwards. Unfortunately, the waitress was unfriendly and not helpful. The quiche came with a small salad and two tiny half-cut potatoes. When we requested more salad and potatoes, we were charged an additional £3.50 for the potatoes and £3.95 for the salad, bringing the total to £18.55. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

I had the pleasure to eat here during the jazz festival at this weekend and come again and again for more! delicious home cooked food, and the eton mess made others drowned!

Excellent spot to have some traditional English breakfast. Cathedral is small but very detailed and apparently if you find the right one to ask it should be possible to get to the Bell Tower. Views to Pen y Fan and Brecon Beacons.

Nice lunch with decent size portions. My only problem is the cafe itself is quite small.. and without reserving a table you might have trouble finding somewhere to sit. I’m sure it’s better in summer though, as they have a nice patio area. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent! Highly recommended if you are near Brecon Beacons. Delicious breakfast, also vegan options available, strong and aromatic coffee, tea served in a tea pot. Prices affordable, staff friendly and helpful. Has an outside terrace with seats and smoking area, WC.

We stopped in for coffee and cake before visiting Brecon Cathedral. The staff was very friendly, with big smiles and helpful service. The cakes were delicious, especially the lime and courgette. It was a pleasant stop before exploring the interesting cathedral. We are glad we came here.
