"This is such a friendly and welcoming place to eat and the team alway seem to remember my preferences. The managers (Ethan and Danny) have gone out of their way to provide alternative salad ingredients around my required dietary intake over recent weeks and I love the the fact that the whole team, including the pizza chefs, add to the experience by interacting with customers. A very efficient service, lovely food and the App rewards are a nice bonus too."

I went with my family (all of them are omni) after pizza express and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of vegan food in the offer. there were a few options to decide and my pizza was nice.

many vegan options. the employees are well informed to adjust other courts. for example, I ordered polnta chips, with in which usually come with a non-vegan sauce / dress so that replaced by something else.

excellent service! my wife and I have demanded a remote area so that I can comfortably quiet my 10 weeks old baby. the man was very helpful and made sure that we had enough space for the stroller. the food was excellent and would recommend it to everyone! Speisekarte ansehen

Me and my girlfriends had an amazing experience at this place. Eva , our waitress was amazing , helpful and super star friendly. It was a great evening, great food and staff was very helpful. Eva is definetely the best of best waitresses who made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Clean place , awesome. Not a doubt coming back again

I was a little concerned when my partner booked pizza express in kings Lynn as I had been to a different one before not had the best time as I don’t like cheese gluten intolerant but this restaurant was amazing!! They made sure I had all options available to me the service was the best I’ve had in a restaurant! The food was incredible came out really quick! Can’t wait for the next special occasion to go again!

"Amazing view which made for a pleasant visit. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Sadly food was disappointing. I had the chicken liver parfait which was really good apart from the bread could have done with more toasting as it all felt one texture. Then I had the lamb which was delicious but Luke warm and the gravy had made the carrot puree too runny. My friend had the beef roast but had the same issues. Plates were cold and so was her gravy so she had to send it back. I followed it up with a panacotta which had great flavour but was the wrong texture and the rhubarb was so tough I couldn't cut it. It was a shame because it was small things that spoilt our visit even though it was tastey."

"We booked a table in the restaurant, it is a lovely place to eat. Intimate tables for two as well as tables for couples. Predominately adults in the evening we were there but have seen family tables on previous visits. It is a real treat for us when we visit Brancaster. Staff lovely."

"Our lovely daughter arranged surprise afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary. We were told to arrive at Briarsfield before 1pm for a surprise. The receptionist/manager ignored us when we arrived. A waiter finally acknowledged us and took us to our table, he didn’t know what we were booked in for nor did us as it was a surprise. So we ordered off the main menu. When we’d finished our meal and questioned payment a manager appeared, she said they had been waiting for us and the afternoon tea intended for us had been prepared. There were only 5 other people in the restaurant so can’t understand the manager failing to identify us. The option she offered was we could take the prepared afternoon tea with us, cost would come out of staff tips or they could use the food the next day. We chose to take our surprise home with us for later. We received 2 small carrier bags containing some small cakes, 2 scones which were rock hard, jam was in a miniature jar not homemade jam, there were no cream, no homemade sausage rolls, no sandwiches. The food we received was an insult on top of which was a customer service error. Our experience was handled extremely badly and unprofessionally. Our daughter works really hard for little money and it upsets me her kind thoughtful gesture for us was treated like this."

"I am extremely disappointed that the online information stated that this restaurant is open from 10-4 on weekdays, with no mention that it is closed in February. Despite reading some great reviews about the food, I decided to make the 60-mile round trip to Brancaster, only to be informed by a local that it is not open until the summer."

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
