"I am honored and astounded to be the first to review this magical food-meets-forest experience. "Oggi ho mangiato al 'Il Carolino ' un piatto della tradizione popolare e della cucina tipica: La zuppa di Ceci e Castagne. Anche se il piatto ha un sapore autunnale è assolutamente adatto per una giornata di mezza stagione.
