They have little staff and waiting times are significant without having the place full. We chose based on the ratings and were disappointed. The pizza is only passable and the pasta slightly better. The place is nice and some of the waiters are nice and attentive, but the service is super slow, both us and other customers have been waiting for almost a now to be taken note of, and then for so long to serve us. The service was good, the only downside is that one of the waiters was dressed in sweatpants and a thermal t-shirt, and in my opinion it is not appropriate clothing for customer service. This does not mean that the attention was bad. It doesn't have any type of evil or anything, that's why I give it 4 stars, but it doesn't seem adequate to serve the public.
